This initial session is an opportunity for us to get to know each other. We will discuss what brings you to therapy and explore what you hope to gain from counselling.

It is also a chance for you to:

• Ask questions about how I work.

• Decide if I am the right therapist for you.

• Experience online therapy with zero obligation to continue.

Your comfort and confidence in choosing a therapist are the priority.

50-minute therapy session

Fee: £65 per session

I practice as a member of several established therapeutic clinics, giving you the flexibility to choose a location that suits you best.

In-person appointments are available at professional practices in:

• Kingston upon Thames

• Richmond

• Battersea

• London

I also offer secure online therapy sessions if you prefer to meet from home.
